What materials does Tresse use?

All Tresse leather goods are produced with fine vegetable tanned goat skins woven into intricate designs and soft hairsheep for the wallet trims.

Why does the colour of the actual product differ from the website?

Due to the variance of the monitor display of your computer or mobile device, some colour discrepancy may be expected from the actual product.

Signing up for the newsletter provides you with the latest updates, restocks and collection launches, and online exclusives that may not be available at our retailers.

Delivery & Shipping

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

SINGAPORE standard shipping is FREE, within 3 ~ 5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL standard shipping costs varies from US$12.00 to US$30.00, within 5 ~ 14 working days dependent on the final destination. The shipping cost and estimated delivery time is calculated at Checkout depending on your shipping address.

Can I gift a friend?

Your shipping address may differ from your billing address. To gift a friend, insert their shipping address when you Checkout.

Is my delivery insured?

Product deliveries are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from the Tresse warehouse to your shipping address. Therefore, a confirmation slip must be signed for upon delivery at your shipping address.

How do I track my order?

Orders can be tracked in My Account with your tracking number.

Can I change my order?

Orders can be changed if the status in My Account if pending.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or redirected if the leather goods  have been despatched.


What payment methods can I use?

Payment can be made with Paypal and all major credit cards.

How much tax do I have to pay for my purchases?

For Singapore purchases, no GST will be charged. For overseas purchases, all import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price and these additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I exchange my purchase?

For leather goods purchased directly, exchanges are only allowed for manufacturing defects or damages in transit reported within 7 days of delivery.

All Tresse leather goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging with tags and boxes. Collection of the leather goods will be arranged from your preferred address and shipping is complimentary.

Tresse reserves full discretion to reject exchanges on leather goods. Tresse monitors the number of returns and exchanges by our customers and reserve the right to refuse any exchanges.

For leather goods purchased directly from Tresse, our Exchange Policy applies. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
For leather goods purchased from our retailers, the respective Store Rules apply.

Can I return and refund my purchase?

Unfortunately, all sales are final and leather goods cannot be returned nor refunded.

What can I do if my purchase is delivered defective?

Manufacturing defects or damages in transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery using the Return Procedure as follows:

  1. Click on Order History in My Account.
  2. Select the item and click Return.
  3. On the Return and Exchange contact page, state the reason for return and attach images of the manufacturing defects or damages in transit.
  4. Click Submit.

An automated acknowledgement will be sent to your email on the status of the exchange request.
